For a sales call to be successful, a user should make sure that the following settings have been checked: For sales calls to work, make sure that a working microphone is connected to your device. If a video call is to take place, a working camera needs to be available as well. If your device does not have a microphone or camera built-in, please make sure a 3rd party accessory is connected.
Furthermore, Virtrex offers you to receive notifications of incoming calls via your default browser's notification feature. For this to take place, please make sure that your browser has permission to do this.
When entering the sales calls section for the first time, your browser should automatically ask you for all these permissions. You can always edit these settings manually by clicking the lock icon next to the website link in the top bar of your browser (see below image 1).
