Particularly advantageous: Remote Selling saves you travel costs and resources when planning your sales force routes. In the future, hybrid formats and events, i.e. a mixture of face-to-face contacts and virtual meetings, will become firmly established. So virtual selling should become an integral part of your marketing and sales strategy.

We provide you with 3D showrooms that allow you to present your products from all angles while being fully interactable by users. This simulated reality familiarises customers with a product and offers sales managers to make individual approaches tailored to a customer.

Yes, you can request an access to the Admin Panel for free, where you have a possibility to explore. You can even use Expo preview function which will let you see, how your Expo will look like. As soon as you want to publish an expo however, you will need do get a paid license.

If you want to cancel your Virtrex membership, please contact our support under support@virtrex.de for cancellation request of any existing packages.

Virtrex offers you the possibility to present the content on your Expo in different languages. To do this, you store the desired languages directly within the "Expos", "Brand settings", "Products", etc. sections. Please note that there are two categories of languages. The system languages (English and German) are available for all components within Virtrex and the entire interface can be displayed in these languages. The interface for the supported languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Polish) will be displayed in English or German regardless of your content. The visitor of the Expo can choose the language setting in the upper right corner to display the Expo the way he wants.

You can invite as many associates as you need at no additional cost.

Yes, you have the possibility to assign your employees a certain role and thus different rights. To do this, go to your "Team management" in the Admin Panel under "Settings". You can either assign the default roles "Admin" and "Employee" or create your own roles.

This strongly depends on how big your event is going to be. In general, we would recommend you start preparing an Exposition around 8 to 12 weeks before the scheduled date. As an organizer, we recommend starting around 4 to 6 months before the scheduled date.

If you are the organizer of an exposition, you can invite as many participants as you want. In case you are participating as a participant in another exposition, the organizer might set a limitation.

Virtrex offers you a sales call feature, where Sales Managers can get in touch with visitors via Video Call. Furthermore, the Call offers functionality such as screen sharing and a shareable product catalog. Please ensure that you are using a device that has a camera and microphone.

Currently, we do not provide customers with the option to buy products directly over Virtrex. However, your sales managers will always be able to recommend the product with the help of Sales Calls and redirect the customer to your website to make a purchase.
In addition, Virtrex offers an API interface through which you could connect your online store.

You can upload a 3D object in the Admin Panel as a .GLB file, the AR link will be generated automatically by the system.
