To access a chat, click on the chat icon on a visitor’s card on your sales dashboard (see below image 1). If the card does not have a chat icon, the selected visitor has not answered your contact request yet or declined it.

When clicking on the chat symbol, a popup opens on the right side of your browser. You will then be directed to your conversation with the visitor you selected. You can type in a message at the bottom of the chat (see below image 2.1.) or send a file by clicking on the attach symbol (see image 2.2.).
You can reach your other conversations by clicking on the back arrow at the top of your chat window (see image 2.3.). Here you have an overview of your ongoing conversations and can easily access your chats with different visitors.
