Here we show you in a short video how to invite your team members and how they can fill in their profile.
In the left menu under “Settings” > “Team Management” you will find an overview of team members who have already been added. If you want to add a team member, click the “Invite Member” button on the right (see below image 1). Here you can enter the e-mail addresses of your team members and add them with the enter key. After that, you can finish the action by clicking the “Invite Associate(s)” button.
Your employees will then automatically receive an invitation to their e-mail address. Please note that the account of your employees is always bound to this e-mail address.
As soon as your employees have accepted the invitation, they can set up their profile and define their availability.

Please note that only inviting associates to Virtrex does not mean they automatically participate in an Expo. Associates that want to be part of a specific Expo have to be assigned first. To do this, enter an Expo and scroll down to find the button “Manage Associates”. In the next step, a pop-up appears where you can assign your associates. (see below image 2)
