Creating your content  

In the following section you will get an overview of the content to be created for your Expo. In the heading you will see the respective section, which you will find in your Virtrex Admin Panel, and below it which content you can prepare and upload. You will also find information on formats as well as recommended sizes and resolutions.

Personal profile   

• Full name  

• Job description

• E-mail address 

• Profile picture as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 1:1 

Products 

• Product name in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

• Product description also in the languages you have defined in your brand settings (possible via editor)  

  • Images (up to 4 images recommended) as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

  • Videos as embedded links

  • General links

• Product teaser to preview on your brand page

• Product experts (optional)

• Preview image as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

• Header Slideshow   

  • Images (1-4 images recommended) as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

• Product variants

  • Product name in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

  • 3D object as .glb; max. 20 MB

  • 3D AR object as .usdz (optional)

  • Variant color via RGB, HSL or HEX code (optional)

• Documents (to provide your visitors with more information about your product)

Showrooms 

• Showroom name in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

• Showroom description also in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

• Preview image as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

• Products (Here you link 3D products that you have already added in your product area. Only products in .glb format can be linked.)

Contacts 

• Contacts 

  • Add via upload of an Excel file or manually via the input mask

  • Please use the Excel file provided by us as .xsl and follow the structure given in the Excel file for a successful as well as correct upload of your contacts. Please save the file including your entries before uploading.

Brand Setup

• Brand name 

• Logo as .jpeg, .heic, .png or .svg; max. 1 MB; in ratio 1:1 or 2:1

• Cover image as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

• Brand color via RGB, HSL or HEX code

• Languages (distinguish between system languages available for all components within Virtrex and supported languages available for all content on your brand profile as well as your product pages)

• Brand description in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

  • Images (up to 4 images recommended) as .jpeg, .heic or .png; max. 1 MB; in ratio 16:9

  • Videos as embedded links   

  • General links

• Livestream on your brand page

  • If you embed a livestream on your brand page, it will be shown instead of the cover image as soon as it starts.

  • To embed your livestream, you will receive a stream key and a server link. You can either live stream content on your brand page using Virtrex itself and a broadcasting program, such as https://obsproject.com/, or select another supported stream provider (Vimeo, YouTube, or Twitch).

Events 

• Event name in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

• Start and end date of the event

  • Channel name in the languages you have defined in your brand settings

    • Names of the speakers
