Personal contacts and product experts can contact visitors or be contacted by them via the sales call function. While personal contacts can be assigned to your contacts, product experts can be assigned to your products.
Personal contacts can be assigned to visitors either individually or randomly. Suppose you want to assign personal contacts to your visitors individually. In that case, you can either do this manually by using the “Responsible sales manager” button in the address book (see below image 1) or enter the corresponding personal contacts in the Excel file provided under “Associates” when you import it to add contacts.

It is important that you enter the e-mail addresses of the preferred personal contacts in the Excel file and not their names. Please note that the personal contacts you want to enter there must have been previously added as team members and assigned to the Expo.
If you want to change the personal contacts, you can also do this manually via the address book or the Excel file. If you do not assign personal contacts to your contacts, or if visitors enter your Expo who are not part of your address book, Virtrex will automatically select an available employee as a personal contact.
Product experts can be assigned to your products either specifically or randomly. If you want to assign your product experts specifically, you must first select a product under “Products” to which you want to assign product experts and click on “Edit Product”. Then a pop-up opens in which you can assign the preferred product experts by clicking the “Select Product Experts” button (see below image 2).

If you want to change the product experts, you can do this there as well. If you do not assign product experts to your products, Virtrex will automatically select an available employee as a product expert.
Both the personal contacts and the product experts appear in a contact banner. You cannot change this banner, regardless of your employees’ individual or specific assignment, because as soon as no employees are assigned to visitors or products, Virtrex automatically selects any employee as a contact person or product expert, depending on their availability. This means that you can only influence who is displayed in the contact banner by assigning a contact person or a product expert to your visitors or products.
